Rinki Dutta is an HR leader with over 13 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies and startups. She is currently Head of People & Culture at Hala (RTA-Uber, Careem) in Dubai. Rinki has successfully led large-scale HR initiatives across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and India. Before Hala, Rinki held key HR leadership roles at Unilever, EY, Dell Technologies, and IFFCO Group, where she spearheaded critical projects in talent acquisition, diversity hiring, and employee experience enhancement.
