Our recruiters conduct initial screening interviews to assess if candidates meet the hiring manager’s requirements and would be a good fit for the role. This includes analysis of professional characteristics, candidate motivation, cultural fit, and English level assessment.

Candidate submission
We prepare candidate profiles and transfer them to the hiring manager. The candidate profiles include resumes, recruiter notes, and all key information needed for decision-making.

Supporting candidates during the company process
While the hiring manager conducts interviews, we support candidates, keep them engaged, and ensure they remain interested in the role to increase the chance of offer acceptance.

Our subscription-based recruitment service offers IT companies access to a dedicated technical recruitment team and full-cycle recruitment service for a fixed monthly fee. While your subscription is active, it allows you to fill multiple vacancies without incurring additional recruitment or success fees.
This depends on the position requirements and your company’s needs. We aim to make the first candidate submission within five days of signing a contract. Our fastest hires have been made within the first weeks of working with the role, but the recruitment process is built individually for each company.
We want you to feel confident about working with Talentuch. That’s why we offer a Money-Back Guarantee: if we don’t find 3 qualified candidates within a month of your subscription start date, we’ll refund your payment in full.
Your dedicated account manager will provide weekly reports with the status of each candidate. For customers who select the Enterprise plan, we will also provide a custom headhunting strategy for each vacancy or country.

We recommend that you hire all candidates while the subscription is active. In the event that you cancel your subscription and subsequently hire a candidate we submitted to you, recruitment success fees may apply.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with 15 days' notice. Upon providing a 15-day notice, clients may cancel their plan subscription, with the cancellation taking effect after the 15-day notice period. The subscription fees for the same month will be prorated and terminated at the end of the current month.
Yes. You may hire candidates for one additional month after cancellation without paying any extra fee. This period is called the Safe Month. During this period, you can hire a limited number of candidates, and the limit depends on the subscription plan you had before cancellation. If you need to expand the limit, any additional hires will be billed according to our standard contingency (success-based) fee.
No, unused vacancies from your subscription plan do not carry over to the following month. Each month, your plan's allocated vacancies are available for your use within that billing cycle. This policy ensures that we can consistently provide high-quality service to all our clients without overloading our team's capacity, maintaining our commitment to excellence in every project. We encourage you to make the most of your plan by utilizing your vacancies effectively to meet your business's needs.
