You can still participate. Talentuch Event Promotion is not limited to official conference participants.

Talentuch Event Guides and Event Promotion programs are independently created and operated by Talentuch LLC. Talentuch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any referenced conference or event organizer unless an official relationship is explicitly stated.
Purchasing a Talentuch Event Promotion package does not provide:

Companies may participate in Talentuch promotion programs whether or not they attend, exhibit at, sponsor, or speak at the referenced event.
Program Terms
Promotion timing depends on the selected package, purchase date, availability of approved materials, and proximity to the event. Earlier participation generally provides more opportunities for pre-event promotion.
Included marketing hours are based on actual Talentuch team working time. Additional work outside the selected package may be quoted separately. Unused marketing hours do not automatically transfer to another event unless agreed in writing.
All client-facing materials are subject to client approval. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their company information, promotional claims and offers, and for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions for materials, databases, and marketing channels they provide.
Where available, reporting may include tracked link clicks, landing-page traffic, content engagement, video engagement, and campaign activity. Talentuch does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, leads, meetings, registrations, sales, or other commercial results.
