for Candidates

Talentuch has recently become aware of fraudulent activity where individuals are misusing our brand name and identity to approach candidates and request payment. 

These activities are not connected to Talentuch in any way. We are a victim of this fraudulent misuse, and we want to make sure candidates are informed and protected. 

Please Remember: 

  • Talentuch never charges candidates for recruitment or job placement. 

  • All official communication from our team comes from @talentuch.com email addresses. 

  • We do not conduct interviews or request payments through WhatsApp, Telegram, or personal phone numbers. 

Typical signs of fraud: 

  • Unsolicited WhatsApp or text messages claiming you have been shortlisted. 

  • Requests for payments labeled as “visa fees,” “training materials,” or “processing charges.” 

  • Urgent pressure to transfer money or share personal identification documents.

What to do if you are contacted:

Do not send money under any circumstances.

Do not share personal or financial information

Block and report the number or account.

Report the incident directly to your local cyberpolice or fraud authority

If you wish, you may forward only the fraudster’s phone number or email to security@talentuch.com so we can monitor impersonation. Please do not send us screenshots or personal documents.
