Carlos Rivas is an international executive in People, Talent, and Leadership with experience building and transforming end-to-end HR functions across Europe, the UK, the US, and Latin America. He works with HR leaders and business executives on talent strategy, employee experience, leadership development, organizational design, and employment law, with a strong focus on the practical application of AI in HR. Carlos advises C-suite teams on organizational transformation and leadership and has also taught talent and leadership at the University of Catalonia and the University of Salamanca. He holds a Law degree with postgraduate qualifications in HR, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, and Coaching.
