With a background HR Business Partner at Grammarly and HRD at robota.ua and Yellow Stone, Mariia is known for her ability to build diverse and high-performing teams. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a certification in DEI Strategies for Business Impact from the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, further solidifying her expertise in the area.
