Michelle’s passion for ethical practices is reflected in her leadership role on the Ethics Talent Committee for the World Ethics Organization, making her a respected voice in the inclusive HR practices sphere.
Mariia Tiekuch is a seasoned DEI and cross-cultural collaboration consultant with 16 years of experience in HR, primarily within the IT sector. With a background HR Business Partner at Grammarly and HRD at robota.ua and Yellow Stone, Mariia is known for her ability to build diverse and high-performing teams. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a certification in DEI Strategies for Business Impact from the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, further solidifying her expertise in the area.
