- Functional analysis, configuration, testing, and customer support activities
- Participation in implementing CRM solutions through SAP technologies
- Collaboration with the customer’s key users and process owners
- Go-live support
- 4+ years of experience with SAP CRM for middle-level specialists
- 8+ years of experience with SAP CRM for senior level specialists
- At least Upper-Intermediate English
- Availability to business trips (required by customers).
