We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team in Odessa or on a remote basis.
We work with European clients, so you will be interacting with international candidates when you join our team.
This is a sales job in an agency. You will be focused on attracting passive candidates and convincing them to change jobs. Being able to talk to various personalities and leading them through the recruitment process will help you be successful at this job.
- Find the communication patterns to connect with passive candidates in Europe
- Introduce our agency to these candidates, screen candidate on their skills, experience, motivators and assess candidate’s future career needs
- Work with hiring managers to understand the needs and wants of each position, craft job postings and present clients’ job to passive and active candidates
- Schedule Interviews with candidates, hiring managers and business development team as needed
- Build a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs
- Update Talentuch CRM records on a regular basis
- Keep CRM records clean and updated
- Support candidates with relocation research. When the candidate moves to another country and needs coordination of visa formalities, work out the details with the clients who sponsor visas
- As an IT recruiter you will be having Skype calls with client’s hiring managers and presenting the candidates in English.
